Giasna Giokits (Kakavouli)
Rheumatologist Jasna Jokic was born in Belgrade and graduated from the Medical School of Belgrade.
She specialized in Rheumatology at the Rheumatology Department of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki “St. Pavlos” under the direction of K. Voudouris and received the specialty title in 2002 from the committee of Professor X. Moutsopoulos at the “Laiko Nosokomeio” – University Hospital of Athens
She has been trained in application of ultrasound in the musculoskeletal system disorders at the Institute of Rheumatology of the Medical School of Belgrade under Professor N. Damjanov advisory and has participated in a significant number of seminars in Greece and abroad, as a speaker and trainer.
Dimitrios Karokis
Rheumatologist Dimitris Karokis was born in Patras in 1967. He has graduated from the Military Medical School (Thessaloniki) and he has retired as Colonel of the Greek Army.
He specialized in Rheumatology at the University Hospital of Patras under Professor A. Antonopoulos and at the Department of Rheumatology, Dudley, UK under Professor G. Kitas.
He has been trained for 8 months in musculoskeletal ultrasound at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital, Birmingham, UK (2003) under the supervision of Dr Gina Allen. Since 2016 he has been owning the EULAR “Level 2 certification” for the application of the musculoskeletal ultrasound. Dr Karokis has attended and participated in a significant number of seminars in Greece and abroad, as a trainee and instructor.
Κατερίνα Σιάγκρη
Η Κατερίνα Σιάγκρη γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Σπούδασε και έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Ρευματολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο της Σιένας (Ιταλία), υπό τον Καθηγητή R. Marcolongo όπου εξειδικεύτηκε στην υπερηχογραφία του μυοσκελετικού συστήματος.
Σήμερα εργάζεται στη Θεσσαλονίκη όπου διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο. Συνεργάτης της Δ’ Πανεπιστημιακής Κλινικής του Ιπποκρατείου Γ.Ν. Θεσσαλονίκης, έχει συμμετάσχει σε σημαντικό αριθμό σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, ως εκπαιδευόμενη και εκπαιδεύτρια.

Ioannis Raftakis
Ioannis Raftakis was born in Volos.
He studied at the School of Medicine of A.P.Th. He finished the specialty of Rheumatology at “Evangelismos” Hospital in Athens. Afterword, he retrained in musculoskeletal ultrasound at Henry Ford Hospital MI and Cooper University Hospital NJ USA, where he participated as an instructor at educational conferences. He has attended a significant number of seminars, as well as special EULAR training seminars for trainers.
From 2009 to 2018 he worked at “Asklipion Voulas” starting in 2011 the 1st public musculoskeletal ultrasound clinic for inpatients and outpatients.
Αμαλία Ραπτοπούλου
Η Αμαλία Ραπτοπούλου γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη, τελείωσε την Ιατρική Σχολή του Α.Π.Θ. και έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Ρευματολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ηρακλείου Κρήτης υπό τον Καθηγητή κ. Μπούμπα, όπου και εκπόνησε τη διδακτορική της διατριβή με θέμα τον ρόλο της ανοσολογικής ανοχής στην παθογένεια της ρευματοειδούς αρθρίτιδας.
Εκπαιδεύτηκε στην υπερηχογραφία του μυοσκελετικού στην Αγγλία, στο Russells Hall Hospital, NHS, στο Τμήμα Ρευματολογίας υπό τον Καθηγητή κ. Κήτα και παρακολούθησε σημαντικό αριθμό σεμιναρίων στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.
Ζει και εργάζεται στη Βέροια, όπου διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο, ενώ συνεργάζεται επιστημονικά με την Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική του Ιπποκράτειου Γ.Ν. Θεσσαλονίκης.
